And when did age matter? lol....... also how is it contradictory? because thats my problem right there.

Age matters a lot... At your age, the average person is pretty much a slave to their parent's opinion.

Certain websites you can't see.

The only valid scenario I can see your dad needing the same password is that he used the same password for other things which he cannot remember. However, having the same password for multiple accounts is less possibility of forgetting.

If age doesn't matter, stand up to your dad and show him that it makes no sense to require the same password.

I've already told him that xD also his parental control software doesnt work on me :3

Um.. reboot the comp in safe mode, log into the hidden Administrator account, then remove the passwords, and set them to something you think your dad would use.
he uses the admin account lol. theres no account without a password

In windows XP on up, there is a hidden account titled "Administrator". I highly doubt your father is using this account, it can only be accessed via Safe Mode.
he is using it. he used cmd and made it active. then logged in and changed the password

Have you even tried going into safe mode?
Anyway there is no way these details you are giving are based on your own computer.
Are you trying to get someone elses password?
This thread is VERY suspicious and should be closed..
Anyway from the way you're saying it it seems that he knows MUCH more about it than you, so make him do it since you have no idea other than what gets said here or what he tells you..

If you are sure your dad doesn't have encrypted files then you can simply do as suggested & use Offline NT to remove the password & then set the password to be his last remembered password but with a small tweak like all caps or an extra symbol in the end.

Trying to recover the password is next to impossible & brute-forcing will take some realllly long time so either convince your father to give up recovering it or trick him.
His accounting stuff for his company is encrypted.

If he is in IT and he can't figure out how to get his password he is a dumbass. So either you're not telling the truth about your dad or you're not telling the truth about your problem in general.
