Age matters a lot... At your age, the average person is pretty much a slave to their parent's opinion.

The only valid scenario I can see your dad needing the same password is that he used the same password for other things which he cannot remember. However, having the same password for multiple accounts is less possibility of forgetting.
If age doesn't matter, stand up to your dad and show him that it makes no sense to require the same password.
I've already told him that xD also his parental control software doesnt work on me :3

he uses the admin account lol. theres no account without a password
