Just checked and its indeed out, well all of the US online retailers say its available. Its quite cheap too at $18, I hope the cost doesn't reflect the game.

Wow. That's a price right out of left field. I had no idea it was going to be a cheapy game. I, too, hope the price doesn't reflect the quality of the gameplay.
