Hacking Open ttmenu.sys error with YSMenu

I am trying to get YSMenu to work on R4i SDHC and I get past all the other errors but then I get the open ttmenu.sys error.
It "creates" thettmenu.sys file but then i get the "open ttmenu.sys error" error. When I check the micro SD,there is no ttmenu.sys file.

I know there are other threads like this but the other threads do nont help me either.
