So I've been reading a lot from the site and from other sources. Does the oothax work with N3ds on 10.1? I wanna confirm with the experts. I'm gonna have a computer with me tomorrow and I want to know before wasting time on someone's computer.

Yeah it does. It'll work the same as Ironhax or Tubehax.

yes, it works offline. You just need an alternate method to install it first, the most often being YouTube.
