Homebrew OOTHax 2.5 payload?

It uses the otherapp payload from smea's website.
That being said, oot3dhax itself doesn't seem to be very optimized and fails to work with 2.5 on several 3DS system menus.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
