Homebrew oot3dhax on new 3ds 9.2 not working?

Hi, got a 9.2 3ds that used to have emunand with menuhax set up, but i fomatted system memory and sd card. Now, oot3dhax doesnt launch homebrew launcher despite having the boot.3dsx and 3ds folder properly set up. what i get is a message saying "an error has forced the software to close. the system will now restart (unsaved data may be lost)". how would i fix this and launch homebew once again?

Try using browserhax to get back into HBL then reinstall oot3dhax/menuhax.

browserhax site seems to be down, and i reinstalled oot3dhax 5 times now from my brothers 3ds

Are you sure you installed for the right firmware version?
