ROM Hack OOT Hack Question

I was going to pick up a hard copy of LOZ: OOT today but want to make sure I have this correct.

Are the following correct?

• The OOT hack works on any Firmware version inlcuding the much newer versions were BrowserHax is patched
• You don't need another exploit if you have a PowerSaves device
• OOT works on both 3DS, 3DSXL and N3DS
• Allows for setup of emuNAND

All of these are correct.
The last one... you can use it to downgrade to 9.2 and once done, then you can set up your emunand
