Is it true with OnLive that you never truely own anything from the games library, that they have the right to remove any games from their servers thus disabling users from playing the purchased games?

Viewtiful Joe was a deliberate throwback to B movie cheesiness, and his origin story didn't involve the violent death of any of his loved ones.
If you want to keep the tone silly, how about just make it a kidnapping? The basic origin could still be the same, it would be a neat inversion of the typical "father has to save kidnapped daughter" plot, and it wouldn't clash with the lighter, goofier tone.

Essentially. But the smart option would be to just rent the games instead of buying them, which is what I've been doing. Is it true with OnLive that you never truely own anything from the games library, that they have the right to remove any games from their servers thus disabling users from playing the purchased games?

You would only be disabled from playing a game if you decide to go hack on some online games. Is it true with OnLive that you never truely own anything from the games library, that they have the right to remove any games from their servers thus disabling users from playing the purchased games?

Why buy if they can remove the game whenever they want? Renting is the way to go with OnLive if you don't want your purchases to be taken away from you at the drop of a hat. While yeah it hasn't happened yet (to my knowledge) but it could, and I'd rather not waste $20 for a game to have it be taken from me the next day. Besides, it's not as if you'll buy one game and play it for all of time anyways, so what's the difference?Essentially. Why rent when you can buy? The highest I ever paid for a OnLive game was $19.99 and that was only because my Micro Console came free (well almost free when you factor in shipping) with the purchase. Of the 16 games in my collection, two were $19.99, one was free, one was .99 cents and the rest were various other prices under $14.99. OnLive might be getting a bit stingy with sales these days but if you bide your time well, the price of one new PS/360 game can net you multiple OnLive games!

Hey, can you answer some questions about development, I just want to know if the SDK is radically different from Android SDK and how did you access it so early?

I don't think anyone really has a SDK yet. IIRC, the SDK comes with the console and first units have yet to be shipped. In my case I'm just making a Android game and porting it to Ouya when the time comes. I also plan on starting a Google+ and Facebook page for the game to really get the word out there. Also, Zantigo, thanks for "liking" my post. It means a lot to me. Ever little bit of moral support fuels me to keep going.![]()

Happy to help, what kind of game will it be though?

Fighter scroller, similar to "Streets of Rage"
