Hacking online playing as for now

hi everyone!
i am a new member here
i have been browsing threads here since months and as i just got my gateway i have some questions
so, in order to play online, should the emunand be up to date or not necessarily?
i am on 4.3 in both realnand and emunand
i tried both pokemon and MK7 injected with a personnal header. they work fine but online features lead to an error

i followed all steps
games work fine but online features lead to an error

Make sure you are running the same region game as the region of your 3DS.
If your console is from the EU, only use EU games.

the thing is that the MK7 is my own dump of my own card

MK7 need to be updated from eshop in order to play online, the same for pokemon
