to play games online such as super smash bros does my cia have to be the same region. i cant find a us super smash bros on a site where 3ds and iso's combine if anyone could pm me a cia they had foundin us for super smash bros cheers

I know it's not illegal to make new threads, but....

It's just common forum courtesy to not make 20 threads. I'm sure you could just make 1 thread titled "Help required by Blocked Name, multiple questions"

Secondly, asking for or sourcing for pirated games is against forum rules, I would edit your post before the mods lock it.

To answer your question, if your using CFW, unless the CIA has been made "region free" if its from another region as your 3DS it will not show in the home menu.

Install FBi CIA manager and launch out of region CIAs that way. Just don't press the home button as your game will freeze and you'll lose your progress.
