Do you have a public or private lfcs_b that you use with your console. Looking into the error is one where your seed is banned and cannot use online services.

How I get that my Ds is cfw but I've never been banned before

Ofcourse not, but your system is forever banned. So is one of mine (even tho I unbanned it with a public seed a couple of times).
