Hacking One very weird DS2!

For some reason, no matter what happens, someone's DS2 always returns an error when used in a DSiXL and never loads when used in a DS Lite! You select the icon, the screen fades to white, then stays that way.)

I tried everything: formating the card, updating its contents, giving both the memory card and flashcard CPR, "defibrilating" the flashcard, even using a new, faster memory card (with only the newest firmware and a totally new ROM)!

Did the flashcard break? (This person got a history of having his flashcard break; his R4iUltra and Acekard2i broke!)

you said you tried updating its contents.

did you apply the latest firmware update?
the firmware update is different from just updating the files on the microSD.
it will upgrade the internal system of the card...
