Hardware ONE S having green pixels on YouTube app

Received this device from customer, saying it was originally no display. Then they replaced HDMI IC and port. Now this greeny pixels happens all time when watching YouTube App, but it barely shows any when playing games or Blue-ray Movie.

Confirmed HDMI IC is good, so is the port or cable.
Any thought will help. Hope is not APU on the way to grave.
