Hacking ONe psecific game icon (unknown) Loading forever

On my Switch, I started having this one game icon appear as empty just a "loading" square that never goes away. [see attached image]
This started happenign when I tried installing Pokemon Sheld which said "NCA not verified".
I quit the installation when I saw that message.
But back at the games menu, i now have this loading icon.
Is there any way to remove it from appearing there, and while we're at it, can I remove the tinfoil icon from there without deleting it completely.

You probably installed an update without the base game.
Tinfoil does not check if the required base game is installed.
Just go into the normal Settings menu and in 'Manage software' is should also show up with a grey icon.
Usually somewhere at the bottom.
