Hacking On wii iso renamer

is it possible with using the source of the usb loader that already has WBFS read write capabilities and say an app like sd explorer to make an on wii iso renamer?
or am i barking up the wrong tree its just a pain in the ass having to dump everything back to rename and even more work with original discs.

I think so or so you will need to dump the game again.
It seems not as you can change the already installed game titels with libwbfs (but i´m not sure) and i don´t like it "playing" with a filesystem i mean if something went wrong everything on the HDD could be lost.
