I just recently installed a HWFLY chip in my OLED, and without SD card, my switch boots instantly (<5s) and says no SD card which is expected. When I put payload.bin on an sd card and insert it, it takes nearly 30 seconds to boit to the attached screen and does nothing else. Any ideas?

EDIT: Got it working by reloading hekate completely. For some reason it didnt help the first time I tried.

Why's the text so large? Seems to be the same font as the one on the no sd card screen. Try another sd card maybe? or format it properly with something like FAT32format GUI

I recopied the hekate payload files and it fixed the issue. Obviously they didnt copy correctly when extracted to SD for whatever reason.
