Homebrew Old homebrew and SDHC support

Hello.

Today I was trying to play Reminiscence (homebrew) for Wii. It's a Flashback port for Nintendo's console.
Unfortunately, the program does not support SDHC cards, so it doesn't find the data folder and obviously doesn't boot.

I was wondering if there is an easy way to make this old homebrew apps compatible with SDHC cards.

The author never gave his code. We could have tried to recompile the app. That's the 'simple way'.
Now the only option is to make another port.
So good or not, it's always better to release the damn source code.
