Homebrew Old 3DS Fantasy Life plugin not working

Hello totally noob here, I have followed this threads(https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-ntr-plugin-fantasy-life.456458/) advice to using BootNTR Mode 3 to launch Fantasy Life but when in-game the menu (X+Y) won't open so I can't use cheats. This is the structure I use for the plugin. Any help would be appreciated.Pressing SELECT only opens Action Replay codes.
