@mvmiranda is a good guy he has helped a few people out on here in brazil, tbh the small o3DS is the hardest of all the 3DS consoles to nand mod definitely not the kinda job to try do if you have never really soldered before, which judging from the pic this is your first time using a soldering iron (well at least on small work)"Stubborn" maybe is the word.

i watched the video and you aren't doing the recovery boot correctly
you didn't press the button A at all , how could you perform a recovery boot (while the 3ds was on which is another mistake) with just L+R?
you should do it like this : 3ds off --> hold L+R+dpad up ---> press power button (while keeping the other buttons pressed ) and quickly press A too
try to see if this makes a difference
the process to get in recovery takes about 10-11 seconds
