Homebrew ok i installed the rxtools, now what?

After much trouble, I finally manage to to get rxtools to work. However, I am at loss on what to do next. There are many conflicting info. Do I need to unlink my emunamd and system nand? Install fbi to both?

Unlink your Nands, install FBI then use that to install titlemanager (bigbluemenu)

IIRC, just format the system without the sd card inside would unlink it correct? Can I use rxtool menu to install fbi? i recall that was one of the option
