Well it doesn't wanna work.

That happens with some games, try to convert to .cia with 3dsconv in the PC.

As far as I understand that happens because it does not find the icon, and other things within the .3ds files, then you can not convert it.

If neither GodMode9 nor 3DS Simple CIA Converter (which you posted before here) can convert that rom, try decrypting it first. GodMode9 can decrypt it inplace.

It doesn't let me decrypt at all...
