It probably will be, but maybe by winter 2017 or spring 2018, unless the touch screen is something the team would have to work around. They seem to make RPGM's on every handheld since GBC, so I think a Switch edition is at least 80% likely, whereas a Wii U port seems 99% unlikely, even with the superior screen, processor, memory, ect,.

On the bright side, they target a summer 2017 release for 3DS. And the online mode seems like magic beauty.
