OG xbox installer question

Hello all,
got an old xbox classic with modchip.
Running currently on EvoX and an 100gb HDD IDE.
Planning to upgrade it and installing it from scratch with a bigger HDD (1 or 2TB Sata with adapter).
My question is now which installer disc to use and what bios to flash?
OG installer disc or Hexen?
Here are some pictures of my Bios and settings.
Modchip is this red one installed (guess it is an LPC based SST49LF020) running an old xecuter2 bios.

Use the OGXBox Installer Disc. Upgrading the HDD to 1TB, you'll need to buy an 80-wire IDE cable and an IDE to SATA adapter. Preferably, go for Startech as they're always more reliable compared to Chinese knockoffs.

Use Cerbios.

It's the de facto these days since it's pretty much the only BIOS being actively developed.
