ROM Hack OfflineList dat files?

Hello all,

is OfflineList still being used these days?

It was my favourite app to manage 3DS and DS roms, but when migrating to a new pc, I lost the dat files.

Would anybody be able to point me to working dat files for both 3ds and ds?

I tried several versions - but none of them seemed to work...

Alternatively - would you have a recommendation for a simple rom management tool?
