Gaming Oculus apps keep defaulting to intel gpu

Hiya, I keep optimizing all of my oculus apps and setting them to my GTX 1050, but at one point, they randomly all switch back to my intel 630. You can easily see the problem here, and I have no idea why it keeps switching, as before it never switched automatically

Probably already did this but set your gtx 1050 as the preferred gpu in global settings in the nvidia control panel

Another thing, my global settings keep reverting back to default as well

Maybe try uninstalling your graphics drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller and then reinstalling the latest revision
