Hacking Question OC while going online

Hello everyone,

My goals are:

• OC the switch
• Play online games
• Access and download games from eShop
• Minimizing the risk of being banned
• NO piracy or modding games

I've read so many things online and I'm still really confused. Can anyone help teach me how? Maybe just list the required resources and I'll look into it myself.

I have the unpatched Switch according to this forum.

Edit: If I'm banned so be it, I just wanted to play games with highest possible performance.

If those are your goals then keeping the switch clean will be your best option tbh.
