Hacking o3ds update to 9.2

Is there anyway i can install a cia on my n3ds and use download play or somthing to update the o3ds to 9.2?
i have no way of running hax on the o3ds because of the dummy browser (person before me updated with gamecard)
i know its a long shot but just thought i would post and see what happens.

o3ds is on 7.2 with dummy browser.
n3ds has 9.2 sysnand and a 10.7 emunand running cakesfw
