Hacking O3ds hacking help

i’ve been trying all weekend and no luck, if someone could point me in the right direction i would appreciate it. i’ve read threads on here but a lot seem outdated so sorry if this is a bad post.

basically i’ve been trying to hack my o3ds. i’m following the 3ds.hack guide (i’m on 11.4) but problems keep occurring.
“Launch the browser and go to the following URL on your device

• http://2xrsa.hacks.guide”

but when i try to do that i am prompted to update the system. do i need to update and follow the other guide?

i should mention that i already have luma3ds (from an old attempt at hacking) but it’s on 7.0, not the newest. no clue how to update it. sd card is setup how it is in the guide

Then update the system and you're good to go.
