okay so like, i set up everything with BASE16 and the network connection is running. but after checking the status it said "Ipv4 connectivity : no internet access". but you see, i deleted all of my connections on my 3ds and still get internet connection, like it said would happen. I also havent gotten and streetpass notifications yet.
