Hacking Ntsc ps2 on pal ps3Hen

I just installed ps3 hen on my pal ps3 super slim and followed a guide by mrmario2011 to encrypt an ntsc version of unreal tournament ps2 iso to pkg then installed it using multimanmod. The only thing different to the guide was there was no config file to load while converting it.

However, when I try to load it, the screen goes like there is no connection to the tv then goes back to the ps3 menu screen.

Any way to make this work properly?

did you check and see if the game is playable? (using the compatibility list)

Yes it shows as compatible on the list.

UPDATE - Tried another US iso with 'redump' in the title and the ntsc iso works perfectly on my pal superslim from xmb.
