ROM Hack NTR Plugins working on 3.2 but not 3.6?

I have no idea why but my plugins only work on 3.2 and nothing else. I'd like to use 3.6 but it just doesn't work and the screen doesn't even flash green when starting a game.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

not sure, but is there any reasons why you want to use 3.6?
3.2 you could continue to load any game or any other cheat plugin after using any cheat plugin, 3.6 you need to reboot 3ds after using any cheat plugin before you could load anything else

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
