I remember when it was released, but I have no idea what it does, and searching google translated Chinese forums only left me more confused.

If it is something similar to PSP Slim handheld that allows an extra level of brightness in CFW it would be great. We already experience this on N3DS when you boot into CFW and the 3D is broken (you will notice higher than normal brightness) until you close the lid and open again to fix it.

This is so cool, id love to be able to turn the brightness down lower than allowed for power saving/playing in the dark.

Here's the compiled version.

It was bugged for me on NTR 2 (ninjhax) and 3 (cia).

Works somewhat but not really usable.

I have used NTR 3.4 preview 2 on my O3DS XLand there was Backlight Changer included(build-in). No trouble here.
