Im going insane here please can someone help. I'm trying to put a payload onto my NS Atmosphere and im getting a read error. It deleted the previous payload but now won't write a new one as its read only.

Any ideas?

Thanks

fw version? Atmosphere version?

got a lock groove on the sd cart?

Im putting SX OS on it. I put it on the other week with no issues but I've just moved on to there latest stable release and assumed you need to update the payload as well. The switch on 6.2 but it currently won't boot. I added emunand and just get a black screen.

Im not having much joy with this at all.....

Can you install the older payload that worked, or something like hekate? You need to track down whether it's a hardware fault, a software fault or a problem with the update you're trying to flash.

You dont have to change the payload it's the Same so try to restore the old one

I didn't realise at the time that the payload stays the same. Also when I was the switch emunand was enabled and the switch has just gone blank. Wont do anything. Hoping that re doing the payload will bring it back as something similar happened before. But now the RST button on the dongle won't turn the light pink to so I can put the payload back on it........

To get a pink light (programming mode) you need to:
- connect the dongle to a PC using a USB data cable (a charging-only cable won't work)
- switch on the dongle
- double-click the RST button

I was on a Mac and wouldn't work for love or money but just borrowed a PC and got the payload on the dongle.
