ROM Hack Not getting the files I need

So I'm using @Asia81 's tutorial https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-decrypt-extract-rebuild-3ds-roms.383055/

But once I get the .cxi file and I use the 'hackingtoolkit' I get absolutely zero files from it when im supposed to be getting exefs and romfs.

I've used braindump to get the cxi

I've tried Decrypt9

But both times when i try to get the files i need they never show up

I been trying to figure this out all day and im getting really angry :|

Would appreciate some help thanks!
