Sadly it seems that so far it does not work on 3.68. Give it some time and there will surely be support for 3.68 in future.

I've read it does work and you must install it on the sony mmc (won't work on sd2vita) and rebuild your database via safe mode.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
