This seems like a strange idea to me. There are already sites that have large collections of themes and homebrew download links. Just seems to be kinda useless to me.

i think there many sites with tons of content about 3ds hacking but only a few which gives you a good overview with instructions into..., step by step tutorials, and "good to know"'s... u know?
Easy to read, easy to find something for newcomer in the scene
