Hacking Noobie - PS4 FW Upgrade Help Please

Hi,

I have recently been given a PS4 which has FW4.73 on it.
I have read that the best way to exploit it is to upgrade to 5.05 first.

I haven't been able to find a guide to show me how to do this.
Can someone please help me with a guide on how to update to 5.05 using usb please?

Silly mistake - I found that but couldn't find the Safe Update section then realised I need to click 'Show' to reveal all the sections
