Title I see a lot of plugins I want to use but the problem is I dont know how. If someone could tell me how i would appreciate it. Thanks

you need custom firmware and emuNAND and BootNTR installed on top of your custom firmware emuNAND. i made a tutorial on making the plugins yourself as well. as for the cheats you can convert gateshark codes and some ar3ds codes in the 0x14000000 range to NTR codes. for making your own codes try learning about RAMdumps first. cheat.plg files go in /plugin/[titleid]/ for each game. there is a list of titleids (0004000000xxxx00) on 3dsdb.com
