Hacking noob here! would love some help

hey guys.
i read quite a lot and being trying to understand what i should do but im still confused.
i have 6.0.1 firmware. serial is xaw10077XXXX(supposed to be safe).
i got very confused with all of the hacking versions that are out there, and here are my questions:

1. which is the best? why should i prefer it?
2. anything to prevent getting banned? for example what if i use the hacked firmware only while in airplane mode, but launch the original os to play online games.
3. any planes for the near future for a better os that wont give me a ban?
4. if im banned, any games i cant play in local co op?
5. last but probably most important, how you guys feel after hacking you switch? any regrets?

1. Any CFW is painless (if you know where to look). SX OS just costs money.
2. Do a NAND backup and stay offline. If you want to go online, restore the NAND backup. That is the safest thing you can do to avoid a ban.
3. Not possible. You can block Ninty connection with DNS, but that won't give you access to updates and such. Just the internet.
4. You can play any game locally no matter what (if it supports local play obviously).
5. Can't see any regrets. You get all the games you ever wanted and if you don't care about online, you can't lose anything (just like me).
6. Yes. The hack is independent of your FW. But check if you have ipatched switch: https://gbatemp.net/threads/switch-...he-first-post-before-asking-questions.481215/

Also, if you can, create an EU account and set your console to EU, so that you can block "all" telemetry thanks to GDPR.

Regret? If you hack into your console you have to think about that beforehand, in my case I regret? No, on the contrary, I'm not interested in online, pay for games nes or neogeo in 2018 is a heresy, while any tab or such android will do it for free.

XCIs are cartridge dumps. NSPs are eshop dumps (so games, updates and DLCs). You can directly run XCIs with SX OS or install them both on any other CFW. NAND is the integrated memory. Those 32GB which the Switch has where the FW is stored.
