Okay so I've recently downgraded my old3ds to 9.2, have emuNAND installed, homebrew, rxtools, etc. (I've downloaded all but homebrew today). I was wondering how to downgrade my browser on emuNAND and I've looked at tutorials but nothing has really helped. I know some things like FBI, devmenu, BigBlueMenu but I'm not sure how to install or run .cia files. Don't know if this helps but I do not have a Gateway card (can only access through browser). If anyone knows how to downgrade the browser, I'd appreciate help so much.
