today i got 3 overheated CPU error, so I think that my whole PC is frying :\

Make sure the CPU fan is working >_<

CoreTemp or Speedfan to see how hot it is

all I have in the disk is,
Installed games,
Roms,
Temporary and finished folders for both emule and utorrent
media...

Is there a way to 'fix' it without having to buy another HDD?


ps: I also noticed a graphics driver error in there (atapi), anything i should do 'bout it?

Well, drivers are the next greatest suspect - uninstall your graphics card and mobo drivers, reboot, and install the newest in safe mode

ok, i made that, crashed the computer with the game and no more atapi errors, now.. antything i can do bout the HDD?

once your hdd dies you cant do anything about it. you have to back it up and get a new one. no going around it.

there are some programs that check the health of your hdd though. you might want to have a look at those.
