This is somewhat confusing, can you describe your issue more specific?

normally you boot wii mode, open homebrew launcher and either start nintendont or use nintendont via a usb loader (e.g. usb loader gx or wiiflow lite), then you play a gamecube game on your tv

Okay i figured out what the problem is.. I DONT GET THIS POP UP WHEN BOOTING WII. It just goes thraight to the wii menu. What to do?

do you get any display on the tv if you skip wii u menu by holding b button during startup of the console? (this can be somewhat tricky as you have to connect the controller and press b early enough)
