I'm not suggesting this because it works, I'm suggesting it because

1) It's one of the rules to be followed.
2) It keeps this part of the board from being flooded with useless translation requests that would have to be sorted through.

I think you're right on that - the best non-Japanese speakers can do is hope that a translation group decides to do one, or learn enough Japanese to play the game.

Instead of making a topic why not do a quick search?
Death Note is a very popular series so if a translation were going on it would be rather high profile... I assume.

So TL,DR: No there isn't a translation. I could be wrong so you can confirm this with google.


(also, asking if any translators have any interest in this is kind of silly. If they did they would have done something about it.)

Direct answer to your question is NO! There is almost no demand for those games, and no interest in hacked translation..

So you either learn japanese or wait for official translation.
