Homebrew NNID Link Overriding SSB DLC? (CFW)

So I recently got my emuNAND all set up and everything has been great. I downloaded an ssb cia file and all the dlc and was able to install it no problem. Then I found the guide to be able to access the eshop and link your nnid on lower firmwares and everything worked out with that too. But once I went back into smash it had replaced all the dlc and left me with only the dlc I had actually purchased. Is this because I linked my nnid with the eshop and it's detecting my purchases? If I unlink it should I be good again?

This had actually happened to me too.

Get Big Blue Menu and install the DLC cia with that, should fix all problems.

I've the same problem but big blue menu should not fix the problem for me
Any idea?
