This is in the Wii U section. I'll assume you want one that works on a Wii U, and that's Nintendont.

Dios MIOS is only for backwards compatible Wiis with Gamecube memory card and controller ports.
 
AFAIK:
Dios Mios has better compatibility for games (but Nintendont is not far behind).
Nintendont has audio streaming, Dios Mios don't (for now ..Crediar is adding it to Dios Mios).
Nintendont has hid support for USB controllers, Dios Mios don't.
Nintendont can play Triforce games, Dios Mios can't.
Both have equal speeds for game loading.
Soft reset seems to work better on Nintendont.
 
The only thing Dios Mios has over Nintendont right now is real memory card support

Dios Mios installs over your mios slot. Nintendont doesn't install anything
 
Source? Last I heard no USB loading supports audio streaming. DIOS MIOS or otherwise.
