Hey there, I hope everyone's doing fine!
Just wanted to drop that MMMod r499 is only and ready to be downloaded (https://send0r.de/MMMod.html).

Sorry for the ultra-late reply. Just tested WindWaker PAL booting from USB Loader GX without problems. Could you provide some information on which USB Loader GX version you used and which games don't start?

The next reply will be much faster. I checked my mail account's spam settings and should get notified by new messages again.
Hi, Nintendont has been updated. I would like to know if you will update MMMod. :D

And it's done, r500 is online :)
Downloading is possible via the update menu or from here: https://send0r.de/MMMod.html
As always, if there are any issues, just leave me a note!
Can you tell me if there is a differance between MMMod and CrisMMMod???
I know that the revision of crisMMMod is on version 7. 30 and the MMMod you posted is on v6.500
I was wondering if the CrisMMMod is the latest revision of MMMod or are do they have their own seperate versions and revisions?

It looks like the CrisMMMod hasn't been updated since 2021 so I would assume that send0r's version is the most up to date.

@send0r I haven't used your mod in a long time, but after being notified of a new post here, I decided to update to your latest version. After updating, I tested out updating from within the app which worked well. However, trying to update titles.txt, controllers.zip or gcn_md5.txt results in an Exception (dsi) occurred crash. See attached photo.

CrisMMMod is based on MMMod and uses a different versioning system.
MMMod follows Nintendont's versioning system.
I think CrisMMMod added some additional features like background music, but tbh I never used CrisMMMod...

Just tried it out and can confirm the crash. However, the original Nintendont has the same issue. My quick guess is that the problem is related to the TLS version used by GitHub.
So I'd say the only way to update and/or download these files is by using your PC and copying the files over to your SD card by hand… I'm really sorry, but I don't think I'm able to fix this.

By the way, r501 is online :)

Thanks for your work on this @send0r.

I'm currently making custom game splash screens for my games and it's working great. Couple questions.

1) Is there a way to add a custom splash screen when booting Nintendont?

2) Is there a way to remove the game ids from the game list (eg. [G4QE01])?

Hey there, you're welcome (and sorry for the late reply). Glad to hear everything's working fine.

1) Do you mean before displaying the menu? I doubt that's possible because at this state there's no way to access the SD card or USB drive…
2) Currently there's no such option in the settings. I put it on my TODO, but I have to admit, I don't know when I'll be able to work on MMMod again.
