Homebrew Nintendont issues with games showing up

So originally i had a WD Elements formatted to a exFAT every game always showed up
then I got a 2TB USB Stick same format and everything but only a few games show up

recently I had a file corrupt on my WD Elements so i transfered all files over to my USB reformatted my WD Elements to exFAT again and same problem I cant get more than 2 3 games to come up when before I had them all show up without any issues. what I am missing here and how can I figure this out?
