I swore I saw a update notice... im on 11.3 right now, you may be right if its just my 3ds being funny ill delete this thread soon if there is no update....... I hate how this makes me look like an idiot....

If you're using Luma, make a backup and update.
It's probably a missing system title, 3dbrew has no record of a new update.
