I have two SD card, one 128GB and 64GB.
When i turn on my Nintendo Switch i get this error"failed to init SD" my 128 GB are insert into Nintendo Switch i get the same error when i insert another SD card.
After i took ut 128 GB SD card, so i get the error when i insert 64 SD card.
Why do i get this error?

At what point are you getting this error? Is this during the boot up? Or after you boot into Horizon or CFW?

Here it's picture show error i'm getting and I'm getting same error when I click launch on Hekate CTCare mod v.4.8

I'm thinking that it has something to do with the way your SD Card is formatted. What are you using to format your SD Card, and what filesystem are you using? I would suggest formatting with FAT32 and 32KB Clusters. Then drop a fresh install of CFW files on there and then try again.

Also it looks like you're using ReiNX, is that correct?

On my 128 GB SD card i get only two option, exFat(standard) and NTFS.
On my 64 GB SD card i get Fat32 and yes i'm using ReiNX.
I don't have update my Nintendo Switch.
