Hardware Nintendo switch FAN full power

Hi Guys,
I have a nintnedo switch mainboard that is going 100% on the fan after nintendo switch logo and does not stop,
it stops rondomly when in sleep mode.
I checked the voltages and the pins
pin1 - 4.8v
pin2 - gnd
pin3 - around 500mv
pin4 - 4.8v

the resistance is normal when compared with a working one.

Replaced temperature sensore TMP451 and the fan controller did not help market in the photo.

Can you guys help me get around this one?

Hi there is a sensor diode in the photo that is the culprit for the fan to spin fast.
